GYM POLICIES

Registration Fees and Annual Membership:

    • For the first child, the registration fee is $45.
    • For the second child, it’s $35, and for each additional child, it’s $25.
    • This fee includes accident insurance coverage for your child.
    • Registration remains valid for one year, provided your child remains continuously enrolled.
  • Each gymnast needs to pay an annual membership fee, with the costs being:
      • $40 for the first child.
      • $30 for the second child.
    • $20 for each additional child, capped at $100 per family.
    • If there’s a break in enrollment and you wish to rejoin after 6 months, the registration fee will need to be paid again.

Monthly Tuition:

    • Tuition is due upon registration and subsequently on the first class of each month.
    • Our fees are calculated based on 48 weeks to account for some vacation time.
    • When there’s a 5th week of classes in a month, there is no additional charge for that class; it serves as a makeup class for any holiday closures.
If for any reason your child decides to discontinue classes with us, we kindly request a two weeks’ notice at the front desk. Providing this notice will prevent any additional charges and allow us to accommodate new students.

To ensure the safety and security of all children, we kindly ask that your child stay inside the building at all times and wait near the front door for pick-up.

We prioritize the well-being of our gymnasts. To attend class, your child should be without fever (unmedicated) for 24 hours and free from a wet cough, diarrhea, contagious illnesses, rashes, etc. To uphold a healthy environment, kindly refrain from bringing your child to class when unwell. Make-up classes are offered for missed sessions.

To arrange make-up classes, please utilize the Parent Portal. These must be scheduled within six months of the missed class, as accommodating numerous make-ups at once can be difficult. Please be aware that Team or Pre-Team classes do not offer make-up sessions, and holidays are exempt from make-up opportunities.

In cases of inclement weather, please refer to the gym’s website news section or contact us by phone to check for any closure updates. While we may remain open on days when schools are closed, the safety of our students and staff is our top concern. Please note that weather-related closures do not necessitate make-up classes.

Appropriate attire is crucial for a productive and safe gymnastics experience. For girls, one-piece leotards are mandatory, and shorts can be worn. Please refrain from wearing tutus, skirts, socks, beads, stiff bows, and hard headbands. Boys may wear shirts and shorts or sweats but should avoid clothing with buttons or zippers. For parents participating in Parent and Me classes, please choose attire that offers full coverage during bending, squatting, and sitting.

We deeply appreciate your dedication to our gym. While we make every effort to uphold all classes, we retain the discretion to cancel classes due to low enrollment. If any changes occur, we will promptly notify you.

Although we offer a Lost & Found area by the cubbies, it’s important to note that we are not liable for items left in the gym. If you believe you have misplaced something, kindly check the Lost & Found area.

We highly value your feedback as it drives our ongoing efforts to enhance our program. Please don’t hesitate to share any suggestions with our office personnel. Your input is instrumental in creating an exceptional experience for our gymnasts and their families.
