Preschool Co-ed Classes
Parent & Me | Co-ed 14 months - 3 yrs
Our Parent and Me class is a fun and engaging introduction to movement for children ages 14 months to 3 years, with a grown-up by their side every step of the way. Each 45-minute class begins with a warm-up song and simple routine to help build confidence, familiarity, and early listening skills. With support from our instructors, children and their grown-ups move through an organized circuit designed to develop balance, coordination, and spatial awareness through play. Children are gently introduced to gymnastics equipment like the beam, bars, and trampoline, helping them become comfortable in a new environment while building body awareness.
Tiny Tumblers | Co-ed 3 yrs
Our Tiny Tumblers class takes place in our Tumble Town room, a space designed just for this age group. This co-ed class builds on foundational skills like balance, coordination, strength, and spatial awareness through structured activities and guided exploration. With support from our instructors, gymnasts begin learning basic skills from both men’s and women’s gymnastics, including rolls, handstands, swings, and support holds. These early skill progressions help develop body control, confidence, and an understanding of how their bodies move. Parents are invited to sit in the seating area within the room while gymnasts begin to build independence on the floor. It’s a supportive next step that encourages confidence while still keeping grown-ups close.
Mighty Movers | Co-ed 4 yrs
Our Mighty Movers class is designed for 4-year-olds who are ready to take the next step in their gymnastics journey. Held in our larger Junior Gym space, this class gives gymnasts more room to move while continuing to build confidence and independence. Athletes focus on developing strength, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness through structured circuits and guided instruction. As their focus and body control grow, they begin working toward fundamental skills from both men’s and women’s gymnastics in a more independent setting. This class encourages listening skills, turn-taking, and following directions, all while keeping movement fun and engaging. It’s a great step forward for gymnasts ready to grow their skills and confidence in a bigger environment.
Girls Beginner Classes
FWD Rollers | Girls 5 yrs
Our Forward Rollers class is an entry-level beginner class for 5-year-old girls in our Girls Recreational Program. Held in our Junior Gym, this 1-hour long class introduces gymnasts to all four women’s events in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes begin learning fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, and pivot turns, while building strength, coordination, and body control. Because this class is age-based, instruction and class pacing are tailored to support their developmental stage and learning style. Gymnasts also continue to build independence, focus, and confidence as they follow structured rotations and directions. It’s the perfect starting point for young athletes beginning their gymnastics journey.
BWD Rollers | Girls 6-7 yrs
Our Backward Rollers class is an entry-level beginner class for girls ages 6-7 in our Girls Recreational Program. Held in our Big Gym, this 1-hour class introduces gymnasts to all four women’s events in a fun and structured environment. Athletes begin learning fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, and pivot turns, while continuing to build strength, coordination, and body control. Instruction and class pacing are tailored specifically to this age group, allowing gymnasts to learn at a level that matches their development and growing independence. Gymnasts also learn focus, listening skills, and confidence as they move through structured rotations. It’s a great starting point for building strong fundamentals in a bigger gym setting.
Handstanders | Girls 8 yrs +
Our Handstanders class is an entry-level beginner class for girls ages 8 and up in our Girls Recreational Program. Held in our Big Gym, this 1-hour class introduces gymnasts to all four women’s events in a fun and structured environment. Athletes begin learning fundamental skills such as handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, and pivot turns, while continuing to build strength, coordination, and body control. Instruction and class pacing are tailored specifically to this age group, allowing gymnasts to learn at a level that matches their development and growing independence. Gymnasts also work on focus, listening skills, and confidence as they move through structured rotations. It’s a great class for girls ready to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics.
Boys Beginner Classes

Boys Beginners | Boys 8 yrs +
Our Boys Beginner class is an entry-level class in our Boys Recreational Program designed to introduce gymnasts to the fundamentals of men’s gymnastics in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. We offer two age groups (5–7 years and 8+ years) to ensure instruction is developmentally appropriate and tailored to each athlete’s stage of learning. Held in our Big Gym, this 1-hour class introduces gymnasts to all six men’s events while building strength, coordination, discipline, and body awareness. Athletes begin learning foundational skills such as cartwheels, pullovers, walking circles, and support holds. It’s the perfect starting point for boys ready to explore gymnastics and build a strong athletic foundation.

Cartwheelers | Invite Only
Our Cartwheelers class is an intermediate-level class within our Girls Recreational Program designed for gymnasts ages 5–7 who have successfully completed our entry-level class or have been evaluated into the class. Held in our Big Gym, this class focuses on building upon foundational skills while introducing more advanced progressions. Athletes continue developing strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness as they refine skills and learn new ones such as back hip circles, bridge kickovers, side handstands, and half turns. Instruction is structured and age-appropriate, encouraging independence while still providing close coaching support. Gymnasts are challenged to improve form, consistency, and confidence across all four women’s events.
Backbenders | Invite Only
Our Backbenders class is an intermediate-level class within our Girls Recreational Program designed for gymnasts ages 8 and up who have successfully completed our entry-level class or have been evaluated into the class. Held in our Big Gym, this 1-hour class continues to build upon foundational skills while introducing more advanced progressions. Athletes develop strength, coordination, balance, and body control as they refine skills and learn new ones such as back hip circles, bridge kickovers, side handstands, and half turns. Instruction is structured and age-appropriate, with coaching tailored to support the learning style and independence of this age group. Gymnasts are challenged to improve form, consistency, and confidence across all four women’s events.
Gliders | Invite Only
Our Gliders class is an advanced-level class within our Girls Recreational Program and is for gymnasts who have successfully completed our intermediate level class or have been evaluated into the class. Held in our Big Gym, this two-hour class is designed to fine-tune foundational skills while beginning to connect movements into more advanced combinations and routine-based work. Athletes continue to build strength, coordination, control, and endurance as they refine skills such as round offs, leap passes, back extension rolls, and underwing dismounts. Instruction is more advanced, with longer rotations that allow gymnasts to challenge consistency, focus, and technique across all four women’s events. Coaches emphasize form, execution, and the ability to link skills smoothly with confidence.
Kippers | Invite Only
Our Kippers class is the highest level class within our Girls Recreational Program and is invite-only for gymnasts who have successfully completed our Gliders class or have been evaluated into the class. Held in our Big Gym, this two-hour class continues to build strength, power, coordination, and consistency while working on skills such as back handsprings, squat-ons, back walkovers, full turns, and other advanced progressions. Instruction is challenging and structured, with longer rotations that allow for focused skill development across all four women’s events. Coaches emphasize proper technique, confidence, and safe progressions as athletes connect skills and refine execution. This class represents the final level within our Girls Recreational Program, offering continued opportunities for skill development and refinement.

Boys Intermediate | Invite Only
Our Boys Intermediate class is an invite-only class within our Boys Recreational Program for gymnasts who have successfully completed our Boys Beginner Class or have been evaluated into the class. Held in our Big Gym, this one-hour class builds on foundational skills and continues to develop strength, coordination, control, and discipline within men’s gymnastics. Athletes begin working on more advanced progressions across all six men’s events, including skills such as long hang swings, flank dismounts, inverted tuck holds, and bridge kickovers. Instruction is structured and progressive, with an emphasis on proper technique, consistency, and safe skill development. Gymnasts are encouraged to build confidence while learning to connect skills and improve overall body control. This class is the next step for boys ready to continue advancing within our Boys Recreational Program.
Boys Advanced | Invite Only
Our Boys Advanced class is the highest level within our Boys Recreational Program and is invite-only for gymnasts who have successfully completed our intermediate class or have been evaluated into the program. This one-hour class takes place in our Big Gym and focuses on refining strength, control, and technique while progressing into more advanced skills across all six men’s events. Athletes work on skills such as back extension rolls, round offs, tap swings, German hangs, and other higher-level progressions. Instruction is structured and challenging, with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and safe execution. Gymnasts are encouraged to connect skills, improve form, and build confidence as they continue to advance. This class represents the final level within our Boys Recreational Program, offering continued opportunities for skill development and refinement.
